We offer soft washing/pressure washing for residential and commercial properties. We clean surfaces, such as, concrete (driveways, sidewalks, parking lots), home exteriors, shingled roofing, privacy fencing, and brick.

What Is Soft Washing?

Soft washing is a low-pressure method that can be used on exterior surfaces such as shingled rooftops, wood surfaces, vinyl siding, and concrete without damaging those surfaces. It uses Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) and a Surfactant (soap) mixed with water. All three of these ingredients come together to clean away dirt, eats away and neutralizes mold and mildew. This process will make the surfaces that are being cleaned look brand new again.

What happens during a soft wash procedure?

First, a soft washing process must have soap and bleach mixed in with water. This mixture will be sprayed onto the consumer’s desired surfaced to be cleaned. While the mixture is being sprayed, all three ingredients work together to eat away at the dirt, mold, and mildew from those surfaces. After the initial spraying process has been completed, the worker will then rinse down the exterior surface with a separate hose. This hose will have clean rinse water, (without bleach or soap), running through.

What makes soft washing a great option?

One of the main reasons why soft washing appeals to the consumer is that it uses eco-friendly products. Soft Washing will save the consumer a lot of time and money that would have to be invested in having to replace the surface being washed. As previously stated, it will make the surfaces look brand new!

Will soft washing damage painted surfaces?

Soft Washing will not damage any painted surface as long as the operator follows the correct procedure. It will simply clean away all the dirt and contaminants. Fun Fact: Soft Washing is one of the most Eco-Friendly methods of cleaning!

Why should a consumer use soft washing instead of other methods?

As previously stated, soft washing is one of the most eco-friendly options that does not require the use of a pressure washer. Pressure Washers are very loud and disruptive. Soft Washing cleans a variety of surfaces and leaves them looking brand new.
